1. Project Technical Challenges for Integrated Ultra-High-Rise Lighting Solution

YD ILLUMINATION deployed a 48V wide-voltage adaptive point light system, engineered specifically for skyscrapers. This approach minimized power feed points and cable density, reducing material usage and installation risk while effectively mitigating voltage drop issues and spatial constraints common in tall buildings.

Intelligent Control System

A central smart control system manages dynamic content, schedules, and cloud-based updates.

It supports automated brightness adjustment via light sensors and interactive modules for time-of-day, holiday, and weather conditions, ensuring both operational flexibility and energy efficiency.

This system elevates the project from a standard lighting installation to asmart light environment.

2. Advanced Design Verification

Our design and technical teams conducted on-site surveys, gathering precise field data. Back at the factory, the team built a full-scale mockup of the curtain wall to simulate and test lighting effects.

3D modeling and simulation videos were produced to align stakeholders’ expectations and finalize the solution: a combination of point lights overlaid with linear lighting to highlight the building’s architectural silhouette.

3. Technical Services & On-Site Support

YD ILLUMINATION provided comprehensive technical support during installation, ensuring precise alignment, optimal mounting, and correct integration with architectural details.

The team coordinated closely with construction crews and client representatives to address real-time technical challenges.

4. Customization & Aesthetic Integration

Specialized design considerations were applied to match the color and finish of the building’s exterior decorative strips.

Daylight testing ensured lighting tracks seamlessly blended with the facade, achieving a “visible light without visible fixture” effect, preserving architectural integrity and aesthetic subtlety.

5. Project Delivery & Cross-Department Coordination

The project faced an extremely tight schedule: all design and delivery had to be completed within two months.

YD ILLUMINATION implemented cross-departmental collaboration, mobilizing design, technical, and production teams to ensure synchronized workflow. On-site inspections, multi-round consultations, and iterative approvals with stakeholders enabled efficient decision-making and installation accuracy.
